Meet Our Speakers

Karen Penfold

Karen Penfold is the Head of HR for CODE.  She has a busy role managing the Total HR service and team, providing daily HR advice and support to CODE’s member base of more than 3,000 practices. With additional skills and knowledge in contract management, Karen has expanded her HR development while working within various industries. Karen holds the CIPD Level 5 qualification in Human Resource Management and is currently studying towards her CIPD Level 7 qualification in Employment Law.

Sam Draper

Samantha Draper

Samantha Draper joined CODE in 2015 as a Professional Services Advisor, soon rising to the position of Head of New Business. With a background in Dental Practice Management, Samantha is able to advise Practice Owners on the benefits of compliance and HR systems from first-hand experience. Samantha has a busy role managing the new business team in our Brighton office as well as presenting on compliance and practice management at CODE events.
