Dental Compliance and Practice Solutions
Download the 2018 guide for the latest insight into the CQC
The CQC has made significant changes to how it regulates dental care providers, which is now in full force. The new inspections are based on five questions, called key lines of enquiry (KLOEs) to check if the service is safe, caring, effective, responsive to people’s needs, and well-led.
Your practice will be examined by specially trained dental inspectors, usually accompanied by a dental professional, so that they can really understand what care is like for your patients as well as the effectiveness of your quality management system (the CQC call this Good Governance).
Learn about the new CQC inspections including the Key Lines of Enquiry, the Fundamental Standards and how practices are meeting, or missing standards in the new inspection reports.
