In the morning your trainer will introduce you to the latest scientific background on the use of a Genuine Dermarollerä medical device, explain why and how it works and provide clinical effectiveness data. You will learn about the most effective treatment techniques, indications and contraindications and how you can integrate Dermaroller therapy into your practice. Home skin care prior to the treatment, and afterwards, is important for the optimum effects and you will be given full information about the best cosmeceuticals to use. The trainer will then demonstrate the techniques on a patient. Following this demonstration you will have the opportunity to treat your own patient that you have brought along to the course for this purpose and also to watch the other delegates treat their patients. Advice is also given on insurance, marketing and support.
A folder with all of the presentation slides is provided, which also contains information on insurance, procedures and consent. This compliance information is supplied by CODE Academy.
Each delegate receives a certificate of attendance; this is used to obtain professional indemnity as well as to verify the CPD credits. Hamilton Fraser Insurance give 10% discount to all CODE Academy delegates.
You can bring along members of staff for just £195, who can watch the whole day and will thus be able to talk to patients about the benefits and potential side effects of this exciting medical skin treatment.
CODE AFA, CODE ADP members and CODEplan practices receive 5% discount and there is also a 5% 'early bird' discount if you book 6 weeks or more in advance. Additionally you save £10 by booking on line.
