CODE is to launch denCOMPLY this autumn. Its, a new easy to use solution to compliance and Care Quality Commmission requireiments. Being cloud based you access policies, procedures, risk assessment and files with a web browser such as Internet Explorer on a PC, iPad or tablet. It is based on a calendar/scheduler to remind you of all the tasks that need to be done to maintain your compliance. Team members can have their activity reminders by email or on their own dashboarcd.
This new solution from CODE will remind you to perform essential compliance activities such as risk assessments, audits, practice meetings and appraisals with reminders for general tasks such checking the professional indemnity of your team or your TV licence.
denCOMPLY simpifies practice management, training schedules and CQC compliance. It uses the CODE Management Modules that members are familiar with and is based on Clinical Governance Made Simple (CGMS). As with all CODE products it has will be easy to follow and use. denCOMPLYsets a new standard in electronic compliance, and saves you time and money.
The application will also tell you when there is a new CODE module to adopt and if essential activities are due or past their specified dates.
Your compliace to denCOPMLY standards can be certificated each year, to confirm that you have fulfilled its requirements, and like Clinical Governance Made Simple, it will be updated each year as new regulations and legislation are introduced.
